Processing and Shipping Policy
Order processing time: Monday to Saturday.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of your receipt of full payment. Please fill in the correct phone number and email when placing your order so that we can contact you with any questions and shipping updates.
After delivery, we will submit the courier tracking number to your email. You will receive a tracking number from the courier within approximately 72 hours.
All orders are shipped to you using the fastest international courier DHL, shipping time will be between 2 – 7 business days, depending on your physical address.

Order Tracking Method
When we officially make the delivery, we will indicate the parcel tracking number and the tracking logistics link in the email.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty will be charged for cancellations made before the end of business hours on the date of purchase. Cancellations made after the date of purchase will be subject to a 3% processing fee.
Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped.
