Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The first principle – If the product is damaged, KINTATTOO is solely responsible for the damage. Details are as follows

  1. If you find that the product is damaged and cannot be used, KIN TATTOO will pay the full return shipping cost.
  2. When a customer wants to return a product because he or she bought the wrong product or for other non-product damage reasons:
  • Items must be in new condition and products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition and authorized by KINTATTOO.

  • Logistics can be chosen by the buyer
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Store credit will be provided for any product that may have been damaged or lost in transit. Orders must be inspected at the time of delivery and any obvious damage to the packaging must be reported to the shipping company.

  • KINTATTOO SUPPLY offers different lengths of warranties for specific products, see the warranty page for details.

Return Fees

  • All returns due to the quality of the product or wrong products shipped

  • Customer returns due to wrong product purchase or other non-quality reasons

—–The customer is required to send the product back within 30 days, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. Kintattoo does not restrict the logistics method of sending back.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
